Personal information is only used to fulfil payments and shipping. Contact details are retained for 30 days after purchase for delivery tracking and customer service purposes. After 30 days, they are deleted. Personal information you provide during a transaction is not released or on sold to anyone.

 

SECURITY

We don’t collect or record credit card details when products are purchased. We use SSL Technology for the protection of personal and transaction information. All transitions are securely processed by PayPal or AfterPay.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept PayPal and AfterPay as payment methods. If you don’t have PayPal or Afterpay accounts, you can still pay by credit card. Credit card transactions are just processed by PayPal. Payment is required before an order can be shipped.

All prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

 

AUSTRALIAN PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Our products are made to order in Australia and shipped using Australia Post or associated courier services. Shipping is free within Australia only. We use couriers so we can’t deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address at checkout. Framed, canvas and poster print orders within Australia take approximately 1 – 2 weeks to be delivered. We attempt to fulfil orders as soon as possible, however delays can occur due to situations out of our control eg: extreme weather events, pandemics, postal strikes etc. We notify you when your order has been dispatched. If you aren’t home when your order arrives, the item/s will be taken to the nearest Australia Post depot for you to collect. Shipping costs are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

All our products are shipped internationally by courier. Shipping costs are calculated on a per product basis. Because we use couriers, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address at checkout. For framed, canvas and poster prints, international orders take approximately 2 – 4 weeks for delivery. We attempt to fulfil orders as soon as possible, however delays can occur due to situations out of our control eg: extreme weather events, pandemics, postal strikes etc. Items shipped internationally might incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item/s, you’re responsible for paying taxes and duties levied by the country you’re shipping to. Your item/s can’t be released from customs until taxes and duties are paid. We can’t advise you how much taxes or duties will be so make sure you know them before you place an order. We notify you when your order has been dispatched. If you won’t be home when your order arrives and want the item/s to be left at the delivery address, provide instructions at checkout as to where you want them left. No responsibility is taken by us for item/s that are lost stolen from the delivery address. Shipping costs are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

REPLACEMENT & RETURNS POLICY (Australia only)

You should feel safe and confident placing orders with us. We endeavour to make sure items are professionally photographed and products are listed correctly on the website.

All our images are printed and framed with materials that contain natural fibres. These may contain minor imperfections or colour variations. Printed colours can look different than what they did on a computer screen. This is a natural part of the printing and framing process and aren’t considered faults. All orders are quality checked and packaged with care before being shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, note this with the courier or postal agent before accepting the delivery.

We will replace items if they arrive damaged. Email us about damaged products within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the damaged item/s to be collected from the delivery address and replaced them free of charge. Unfortunately original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Because replacement products are remade new, the previously stated production and delivery times apply. It isn’t possible to replace damaged product/s with different items to the ones originally ordered. Please keep damaged products in the packaging they arrived in. We will also replace item/s if they aren’t what the customer ordered. If we send you the wrong photo, size or frame type, let us know by email within 5 days of receiving the order. If we have made a mistake, we will collect the item/s from the delivery address and replace them free of charge. Because replacement products are remade new, the previously stated production and delivery times apply. Refunds are facilitated through the original payment method once the item/s have been returned to us.

PRINT SIZES & PRODUCTION

Because we make everything by hand, the sizes listed on this website are a guide. The finished size of framed and unframed prints may only vary by a few millimetres though. This is because of the hand made nature of printing and framing, and aren’t considered faults. For more information on the sizes we offer, click HERE to go to our about page.

 

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

There are no returns or exchanges if you have a change your mind. Artworks are made to order as per the specifications chosen at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made. There are no returns on stock photography downloads.

 

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

There are no returns on sale items.

 

CARE & MAINTENANCE

We don’t recommend hanging artwork in direct sunlight. We recommend using acid free mounting board and framing materials if you are framing prints yourself. Doing so will stop the print from yellowing and inks fading. We take no responsibility for damage to prints that aren’t framed by us.

 

STOCK PHOTOS (JPEG Downloads)

Stock photos purchased and downloaded from Still Horizon Studio are subject to the following Non-Exclusive License Agreement.

• Images can’t be on sold or sub-licensed to third parties.

• Images can’t be passed off as the intellectual property of a business or individual.

• For use on social media, all photos must be accompanied with @stillhorizonstudio photo credit.

• Images can’t be used in the production of any retail or commercial merchandise where the image itself is the product. Including but not limited to photo-books, posters, calendars, postcards, greeting cards, stationary, wall art, print wallpaper, digital wallpaper, wrapping paper, textiles, apparel etc.

• Images can be used within marketing materials intended to promote a product or service.

• Images can be used for a single branding or advertising campaign.

• Images can be used as visual content in the production of print and digital magazines, print and digital newspapers, print and digital editorial articles, print and digital newsletters, print and digital advertising, billboards, advertising posters, retail product packaging, swing tags, brochures, flyers, leaflets, business cards, letterheads, website banners, website backgrounds, website tiles, email marketing (EDMs), PowerPoint presentations, branded retail point of sale collateral, video stills, broadcast stills, social media branded/advertising campaign assets.

• Images can be used at any print or digital size.

• Images can be used for personal non-commercial purposes.

• Images can be used in print/digital publications and campaigns with unlimited print runs, unlimited territorial distribution, unlimited online audience and professional sectors.

• Images can be assigned once to a single third party such as a client to an agency, or an agency to a client.

• A single image cannot be used by an agency or business for multiple clients or jobs. The image must be purchased each time, once for each client or job.

• Images can only be used for a single branding or advertising campaign.

• Images can be purchased exclusively yet copyright remains with Michael Tomkinson trading as Still Horizon Studio.

• Images can be purchased outright where copyright is transferred to the buyer.

• Stock photos remain the intellectual property of Michael Tomkinson, trading as Still Horizon Studio unless the image is purchased outright.

• Download links remain active for 30 days after purchase.

 

PROMOTION & SALE

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are only valid for the advertised dates and times. Discounts can’t be applied to orders outside of the advertised promotion times. Apply discount codes at checkout. Discount codes can’t be applied after your order has been placed. All promotions are only available to Australian orders. All promotions are only available to retail customers. Promotions can’t be combined with other promotions. Promotions don’t apply to gift certificates, shipping, duties or similar services. For promotions where you buy 2 items to get a reduction on the second item, the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.

It’s at our discretion to extend or terminate a promotion at any time.
