What are my payment options?Still Horizon Studio accepts payment by PayPal and AfterPay. If you don’t have PayPal, you can still use a credit card. In this instance, the payment is securely and privately processed by PayPal. Full payment is required before an order can be processed.

Can I purchase gift vouchers?At this point in time, gift vouchers aren’t available but this doesn’t mean we won’t have them one day.

Can I return an item that I bought on sale?Unfortunately, there are no returns on sale items.

Can I return a stock photo I purchased and downloaded?There are no returns on stock photo downloads.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?Because we use courier services to ship our coastal wall art to customers, this unfortunately means we are unable to ship to PO boxes. But, a street address for all orders is perfect!

How is my item packed and protected for shipping?We have regular delivery van runs on the Gold Coast into Northern NSW, as well as to the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane so your art is completely secure and handled with care when it travels with us! For deliveries that are further away, poster prints are rolled and inserted into robust mailing tubes. Framed prints are housed in cardboard and shipped using Australia Post so you can feel confident that they are well protected in transit.

How long will it take for my print to be delivered?Because we are a made to order business and there are hundreds of images in five different sizes and three framing options, it isn’t practical to stock the whole product range. Production and delivery of orders within Australia take approximately 2-3 weeks. Delivery times for international orders will take longer but every effort is taken to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Delays may occur in the event of extreme weather event or global pandemics.

Do you ship internationally?Yes we do ship internationally. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Customs will not release your package until you have paid the taxes or duties. Still Horizon Studio is unable to advise you of how much these duties will cost, please ensure you are aware of these costs before you make a purchase. Shipping prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

How much does shipping cost?If you live within Australia, shipping is free! For international deliveries, shipping is calculated on a per product basis. The cost of shipping is calculated at check out and added to the final balance.

Can I pick up my order to save on shipping costs?If you live within Australia shipping is free, so delivery to your home or office might be a better option.

I've placed an order. What happens now?Once an order is processed online, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure to check your spam/junk emails to make sure it didn’t end up there.

What happens if my item is damaged in transit?All our coastal wall art is thoroughly checked before shipping and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or opened in transit, insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing and accepting the delivery. Still Horizon Studio will replace items if they arrive damaged. Report damaged items to us via email within 5 days of receiving your order. It would be greatly appreciated if your could take photos of the damaged goods and email them to us at stillhorizonstudio@gmail.com with your original order details. Photos taken with your phone are fine. In the event of goods being damaged in transit, unfortunately original shipping costs cannot be refunded. However, Still Horizon Studio will organise for the damaged product/s to be picked from your address and a replacement/s delivered free of charge. The damaged product/s must be returned to Still Horizon Studio in the same tube or box they were delivered in. Please understand, because replacement products are made new, the production and delivery times apply. Requests by the customer to replace damaged product/s with a different product to the one they originally ordered is not possible.

I placed an order for a print but now I like a different one. Can I change my order?There are no returns, exchanges if you have a “change of mind”. Artwork is produced to order as per the specifications of the original order. Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.

Where is Still Horizon Studio based?Still Horizon Studio is an Australian business based on the Gold Coast in the state of Queensland.

Does Still Horizon Studio have a retail outlet?At this point in time, Still Horizon Studio is an online store only, but our dream is to one day have a small gallery where customers can meet us and view our work hung.

What is the difference between framed and unframed prints?A framed print is the poster that has been mounted on board, has a smooth black, white or wood frame, is behind glass and ready to hang. A framed canvas print is stretched over a pine stretcher bar, has a smooth black, white or wood frame and is ready to hang. A poster print is the image printed on paper only and has no frame.

What sort of paper are the photos printed on?Our paper prints are printed on 310gsm acid free cotton rag stock using museum grade archival inks. When hung on a wall that is out of direct sunlight, the print will last 50 years. Our canvas wall art is printed using latex inks on an acid free, pH-neutral 400gsm poly-cotton fine weave canvas. This canvas is coasted with a clear liquid laminate to protect against fading and dust build up. When hung out of direct sunlight, it will last up to 100+ years.

What sizes are available?All our coastal wall art comes in five sizes and you can choose to have them as either square or rectangular. Click HERE to download our price list, which contains all the sizes you can choose from. Oh yeah, and all sizes are in centimetres (cm).

Can I order a size you don't offer on the website?Yes of course! We understand the sizes we have mightn’t meet everyone’s needs, so you can request a custom quote via our contact page instead. Just let us know the name of the image you want, if you want a poster print, box framed print or framed canvas print, the size you need (width & height) in centimetres and your delivery address. Can I choose a different style of frame?The frame types we offer are the only options we provide. If you prefer a different type of frame, purchase a poster print and get it framed at your preferred framer. They are more likely to have more framing options to choose from that suits your taste and home decor.

I missed a sale. Can I still get the sale price?Sales and promotions are valid for the advertised dates and times only. They cannot be extended. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside the advertised times.

I'm having trouble applying a promo code. Can you help me?Promo codes can’t be applied after your order number has been issued. Please make sure you enter the promo code before you finalise the purchase. If you have a valid promo code and forgot to apply it before purchase, contact: stillhorizonstudio@gmail.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.

The print doesn't look as I thought it would. Can I return it?We want you to feel safe and confident when making purchases online. We endeavour to make sure items are professionally photographed and products are listed correctly on the website. All our images are printed and framed with materials that contain natural fibres. These may contain minor imperfections or colour variations. Photo colours may look slightly different on your computer screen than in the final print reproduction. This is a natural part of the printing and framing process and they aren’t considered faults. Still Horizon Studio will replace item/s if they are not what the customer originally ordered. For example, if you are sent the wrong photo, size or frame type. Please report incorrect orders via email within 5 days of receiving your product/s. Please also email a photograph of the incorrect product/s with your original order details and send them to: stillhorizonstudio@gmail.com. The information you provide will be compared with the original order placed on our website. If we have made a mistake, we will organise for the incorrect product/s to be picked up from your address and replacement them free of charge. Because replacement products are made new, production and delivery times apply.

My item isn't the exact dimensions listed on the website. Why?Because all our coastal wall art is made by hand, the sizes listed on the website should be used as a guide. The finished size of framed and unframed prints may vary very slightly. This is due to the nature of the hand made printing and framing process. Size variations are usually very minor and may only differ by a few millimetres.
