PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

You should feel confident placing orders with us. We endeavour to make sure products are professionally photographed and listed correctly on the website.

All images are printed on material that contains natural fibres. These may contain minor imperfections or colour variations. Printed colours can look different than on a computer screen. This is a natural part of the printing process and aren’t considered faults. All orders are checked and packaged with care before being shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, note this with the courier or postal agent before accepting the delivery.

We will replace items if they arrive damaged. Contact us about damaged products within 5 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately, original shipping costs cannot be refunded. It isn’t possible to replace damaged product/s with different items to the ones originally ordered. We will also replace item/s if they aren’t what the customer ordered. If we send you the wrong photo, size or product type, contact us within 5 days of receiving the incorrect order. If we’ve made a mistake, we will replace the item/s free of charge. Because replacement products are remade new, the previously stated production and delivery times apply. Refunds are facilitated through the original payment method.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

There are no returns or exchanges if you have a change your mind. Prints and products are made to order as per the specifications chosen at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made. There are no returns or exchanges on stock photography downloads.
