Stock photo and videos can be used as visual content in the production of print and digital magazines, print and digital newspapers, print and digital editorial articles, print and digital newsletters, print and digital advertising, billboards, advertising posters, retail product packaging, swing tags, brochures, flyers, leaflets, business cards, letterheads, website banners, website backgrounds, website tiles, email marketing (EDMs), PowerPoint presentations, branded retail point of sale collateral, video stills, broadcast stills, social media branded/advertising campaign assets.

Stock photo and video content can be used at any print or digital size.

Stock photo and video content can be used for personal non-commercial purposes.

Stock photo and video content can be used in print/digital publications and campaigns with unlimited print runs, unlimited territorial distribution, unlimited online audience and professional sectors.

Stock photo and video content can be assigned once to a single third party such as a client to an agency, or an agency to a client.

A single photo or video cannot be used by an agency or business for multiple clients or jobs. The photo or video must be purchased for each client and or job.

Stock photo and video content can only be used for a single branding or advertising campaign.

Stock photo and video content can be purchased exclusively, for a set period, yet copyright is retained by Michael Tomkinson trading as Still Horizon Studio. Contact us to purchase exclusive content copyright for a set period.

Stock photo and video content copyright can be purchased outright from still Horizon Studio. Copyright of the content is transferred to the buyer. Contact us to purchase content copyright outright.

Stock photos remain the intellectual property of Michael Tomkinson, trading as Still Horizon Studio, unless the image is purchased outright.

There are no returns on stock photography or video downloads.
